One of Dr. Raber's primary interests is helping young students overcome visual deficits to become comfortable readers. Dr. Raber graduated with honors from Indiana University School of Optometry and completed a hospital-based optometric residency at the Huntington VA Medical Center in Huntington, WV. Dr. Raber spent 6 years working in Haiti as a medical missionary with the Fellowship of Christian Optometrists. He has pursued post-doctoral training in learning-related vision disorders and his practice emphasizes vision care for children with special needs and patients with acquired brain injuries.
